A P-3 Educator works in a program that offers education to children preschoolers through 3rd grade. This is often a public or private school.

Requirements:

Must meet one of the following qualifications:​​

• Public School- Teacher Certification, either Elementary or P-3 and an ECE or ECE Special Ed endorsement
• Licensed Private School (PreK - Kindergarten) – Bachelor in ECE
• Private School (Grades 1-3) – Teacher Certification
